All sales are final. You may not request a refund due to delayed shipping. You may only be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchanges if the following applies to your situation:

Return & Refund Policy (for damaged products)

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged product and e-mail us pictures at support@glassartstore.com. You may request a refund or we will re-ship the same item with a free gift. If you choose a refund, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Return & Refund Policy (for unsatisfied customers after receiving their product)
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please notify us and return it within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refer below for the return shipping address.

Your Refund Will Be Voided If:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Wrong Shipping Address Provided;
Depending on the status of your shipment/delivery; there are ways we can locate
and track down your package. However, a full refund will not be provided. You may be eligible for a discount code if you wish to place the order again. Contact support@glassartstore.com as soon as you realize the error!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@glassartstore.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@glassartstore.com with photos of the damaged/defective product.

Shipping
To return your product, email support@glassartstore.com to begin the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refunded if the return is approved and follows our refund and return policy.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
